The Espigas Tunic is an innovative design made by the Sihua Tlazoncame group from Naupan, Puebla. Although the embroidery on the tunic is not traditional iconography of the region, it is based on the fir trees that abound in the Sierra Norte of Puebla. The piece was made entirely in the community and they used stencils to trace the embroidery and arrange it on the dress. Hand embroidered on linen, it can be worn both in the city and on the beach.
