Zinacantan, Chiapas
Exclusive textile piece for Artisan Ensemble made by women artisans from the community of Zinacantán in the state of Chiapas. Decorative backstrap loom with diamond-shaped brocade and feathers woven into the weave. For the women of Zinacantán, feathers are used in the ceremonial bridal huipil. The base of the fabric is ecru and the brocade is in light beige, ecru and gray coffee. In the center, braid detail where the warp of the fabric can be seen.

Care: For its care it is suggested not to expose it directly to the sun and shake off the dust.
