The "Be Chon" or "path of the snake" cushion cover was made on a waist loom with cotton threads by artisans from the Social Enterprise of Women Artisans of Patentic, Larráinzar in the state of Chiapas. With great skill the artisans made brocade on both sides of the cover, its name refers to the undulating lines of the brocade, as a central element of the design. The artisans capture the worldview of their territories through their fabrics.
Care: Hand wash suggested, do not scrub.
