This blanket is woven on a waist loom in Aldama, by the expert hands of the weavers of the Malalena group. This group has constantly innovated their craft without losing the tradition of their techniques. This blanket has cotton in its warp for a soft touch and wool weft from the highlands of Chiapas for warmth and comfort.
The Asymmetrical Blanket was made under concepts of collective creation between the artisans of the Choy Spolavil group and NGO Impacto.
Care: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water. Dry on the shadow.

We seek that all the people involved in the system of our organization fully live the Lekil Kuxlejal (the harmony of life) personally and collectively.
We focus our actions on generating economic growth as a means of sustainable local development, promoting ethical value chains and influencing through awareness of responsible consumption and fair trade markets. We work on four sector programs: iTextil, iBarro, iAgrodiversidad and iComunicación, and we support a social enterprise called Juxta Nation, to transform lives and provide economic autonomy to women, their families and their communities.
