Splashed Blanket 2

Blanket made up of 3 cotton sheets woven on a waist loom in the municipality of Pantelhó, Chiapas. It combines a line warping design with a design that the artisans call "ladder". It has details of traditional brocade throughout the length and width of the canvas. The joints and finishes are made by hand with a stitch known as “zig zag”.

Gentle hand washing without scrubbing is suggested, preferably with the garment inside out, drying without exposure to the sun. You can take it to the dry cleaners and have it dry cleaned .
