Chamula wool blanket

San Juan Chamula, Chiapas

This piece can be used as a blanket and is made with Australian cotton and wool, woven on a waist loom by artisans from San Juan Chamula, Chiapas. The wool has been dyed with natural dyes such as Brazilwood bark, black clay, and ch'ate to oxidize the clay.

Care: It is suggested to wash by hand without carving, or expose to the sun
