Medium Xa-Guie Container

This piece can be used as a container for fruits, pencils, skeins, etc. It is an exploration of the structural properties of wool textiles, where by making certain folds, one-dimensional or flat textiles can be converted into containers with a bottom.

For its production, the artisans of the group called La ´xha used a base or warp of natural sheep's wool, as well as in the weft or fabric. It is decorated with mustard, wine and blue wool pompoms to give contrasting notes of colour.
